Q: Can I buy 10 of one colour? looking for 10 of the raspberry colour and 10 of the turquoise colour.
A: I'm afraid we only offer the bead mats as a random mix of colours, even if you buy 10, as the colours always come in slightly different so we're never quite sure what colours we will have.

Q: Hi, I am looking through your current catalogue(that celebrates your 25th anniversary) and I realised that the price for the Bead mats (page 105) is specified at 95p each and £5.95 for 10. Have the prices recently changed or are the sizes different? Thank you.
A: Yes, I'm afraid the prices of a lot of items have gone up recently. The catalogues are great for seeing all of our products (most pictured actual size) but with the prices of materials and fuel going up all the time it's impossible to keep the catalogue price for more than a couple of months after they've been printed. We're sending out price increase leaflets with catalogues now and we've written 'Please see www.beadsunlimted.co.uk for up to date selection and prices' on every other page of the catalogue to try to emphasize that some prices may not be the same as in the catalogue. We really hate to increase prices and we try to squeeze our margins as tight as possible.

Q: what are these mats made of?
A: They are made of microfibre so you can even wash them on a low temperature if they get grubby from all your beading!

Q: What is the real purpose of a bead mat?
A: Bead mats are simply a useful way of stopping your beads from rolling about on a flat surface.

Q: Would you be able to get these mats in black?
A: I'm sorry they just come in various pastel shades, we can't specify with the supplier, I've never seen a black bead mat in any of the ones they've sent us.
