Q: Do these charms contain nickel?
A: All our charms conform to the EU nickel directives. Most items contain some nickel but the nickel release rate is an important factor. The charms in this collection come from a few different suppliers so if you have a specific charm that you're interested in let us know on that page, or send us an e-mail and we can give you more information.

Q: Hi, will the silver plated charms blacken with time? Thanks
A: The silver charms in this collection are described as 'silver coloured' rather than silver plated. The metal they are made of is nickel and lead free and silver coloured, so there's no plating involved, they are just polished to a shine in the finishing process so they should never tarnish in the way that silver can.

Q: Hi, You have tiny stars (MTEK) that are silver plated, I'm looking for the same thing but in gold plated or coloured. Do you stock any like this please?

Q: I'm looking for a product that I'm sure I have seen on this website before; long metal tubes about 5cm with a hole in the middle...a bit like a spacer and I think you sell some curved ones slightly and also some twisted ones. I cant find them! have they been discontinued? Thanks :D
A: I think that you're looking for straight and curved tubes. Straight tubes www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/home/search.php?searchfor=straight+tube&searchbutton=Search are only 11mm though, the curved ones www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Curved-tube/bo833 are bigger at 24mm long.

Q: Would it be possible to request a custom round metal pendant with own design? If so, how much would this cost approximately for a pendant up to 3 by 3 inches?
A: We can sometimes get special items made up, we don't manufacture anything ourselves but most of our suppliers will produce special items for us. The problem is that for specially made items the minimum quantity is usually huge and since we wouldn't sell the item as part of our regular range you'd have to buy thousands.
