Q: I bought some beads from you last month and they included some very bright, almost fluorescent lime green/yellow faceted beads, which I used to make a bracelet for a friend. She loves it and wants more. I can't see the beads on the site or in your catalogue. I don't think they can be "topaz" as it looks too dark. I bought a fancy bead mix, I think. Help please?
A: I've had a think and they could be part of the high quality glass mix that you bought www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/High-quality-glass-mix/bo3997 We don't sell these beads on their own but you can buy them as part of the lime coloured mix and I think a few have made their way into the multi mix.

Q: In the shops there are very glittery, glass bead necklaces. They come in a range of colours and sizes, are faceted, and appear to have an aurora borialis coating on them. What beads are these beads called?
A: I'm not sure if they have a specific name. Q: Someone asked you about the stretch cord for crystal bead you said to use 0.8 i have been using 1mm is that ok. Thank you
A: It's OK if it has been working, I have to play it safe with measurements some times so if I allow more room than is necessary then nobody is disappointed.

Q: Why cant I get a custom mix of the 4mm faceted beads?
A: We have unfortunately had to remove 4mm beads from our custom mix range as the time involved picking and packing them would significantly increase the price.
