A: You would need about 24 8mm beads for a one strand bracelet, so for 3 strands 72 should do it. With a pack of 100 you should have more than enough.

Q: Is the amethyst coloured bead similar to the purple on the cadbury wrappers? Which of the beads in your entire range are the closest to the purple of the cadbury wrappers - I have some earrings for which I would like to make a matching necklace and bracelets
A: No, this shade of amethyst is a paler, more pinky shade of purple than the Cadbury's wrapper. I don't think we really have any glass beads in the shade you're looking for, our Swarovski crystals in Tanzanite are probably the closest, but we do have some wooden beads which are just about spot on, our 15mm WDB in deep purple which can be found here - www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Matt-round-15mm/bo1662
