A: They're designed to fit a 0.9mm thick pin so if your pin is about this size they should fit on them.

Q: Hi there, you've stated above these are to fit a 9mm pin- I've never encountered a hat pin, or any pin, this large, and was wondering if they were in fact for a 0.9 mm pin? If you could tell me the Internal Diameter, that'd be great. Thanks!
A: You're quite right, oh dear, slip of the decimal! They are for 0.9mm pins. The internal diameter is about 2mm, with a rubbery filling that has room for a pin of about 1mm thickness.
