Q: Does the hole go top to bottom?
A: That's right from the top to the bottom, the holes are about 1.2mm wide.

Q: the multi mix - is it 2 of each heart colour?
A: We try to make the multi mix an even mix but as this bead comes in 6 colours and the mix quantity is 10 you won't get 2 of each, there will only be 1 of some colours and this will be random. If you'd like to choose which colours you'd like in your mix you can click on the 'custom mix' option but it is more expensive as we have to handpick the beads for a custom mix.
