Q: Where has the grey/silver glass pearl mix gone!? I am looking to restock as this one of my most popular lines but you don't seem to have this colour any more? Are there any plans to restock in this colour?
A: The factory that produces our pearl mixes seems to be having difficulty in producing consistent mixes, each batch we are sent can vary wildly in colour and shapes from the previous one. Because of this we are having to get photographs of their current batch sent to us before we order from them, and we are only ordering when the quality is good enough. Unfortunately this makes it impossible for us to know when we will be getting specific colours in stock. Very frustrating, I know!
