Q: Are these closed jump rings?
A: Yes these some closed but with a split.

Q: Are these easy to work with I have 7mm rings but they look to big on a charm would these be OK and do they bend easy as I have some from another place and they are very hard to open. Thank you.
A: Yes these are easy to open. I'd recommend round nosed pliers to get a neat finish.

Q: Can I buy these jump rings already "open" ?

Q: How strong are these jump rings? I regularly purchase your jump rings in packs of 350 from Hobbycraft, but recently I noticed that the jump rings have become a lot less strong - I can now bend them easily with my fingers! I just wondered if the jump rings you sell online are stronger and thicker than pack I recently bought. Thanks!
A: All of the products that we sell through Hobbycraft come from our regular wholesale range, so they're the same as the items we sell through our site. The jump rings can be a bit variable in thickness as we sometimes get them from different suppliers. The 5mm jump rings should be quite flexible, you should be able to use your fingers to bend them a bit but pliers are really necessary for a neat finish. The problem with jump rings is that the smaller they get the thinner the wire they are made from, this leaves the 5mm rings quite thin and flexible. If you ever get jump rings that are not just nicely flexible but actually flimsy please contact me at: mailbox@beadsunlimited.co.uk and arrange to return them to us so we can check through them.
