Q: Does the size include the D-ring and would they be strong enough to use in a lanyard (for an ID badge)?
A: Yes, the full length of the clip is 35mm and these are ideal for lanyards and more than strong enough.

Q: I am making scissor keepers and need a clip to clip over the scissor handle. Would the small one be big enough or would it be better to use the bigger clip. I am worried that that might be too big! Many thanks
A: I think the small swivel clips www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Small-swivel-clip/bo4155?sid=2854#item2854 might be too small as you could probably only get them clipped onto scissors with a 3.5mm wide handle, the large clips would work up to 5mm wide. I guess this all depends on the size of your scissors, the small ones certainly look more dainty.

Q: What would you use to attach beads to the bottom of the swivel clip? im new to jewellery making and just need a little guidance!
A: You can use several techniques to attach beads to a swivel clip. You can also use a length of chain and attach beads using headpins or jump ring that will dangle just like a charm bracelet.
