Q: Can I use these on a 1mm satin cord? Do you have any in black, antique copper and champagne gold? Are they nickel free?
A: Yes these are ideal for using with 1mm cord and you simply squash the last rung on the coil to hold the cord in place. We currently stock these in nickel colour or antique gold. We also stock flat leather crimps in a larger selection of finishes www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Jump-Rings/c425 but you may need to double up the end of your cord to get a better grip. All our findings are low nickel and comply with the EU directives.

Q: Hi,will these fit a 1mm and 1.5mm cotton string?Or should I get a tiny bit bigger crimp?Thanks!
A: These should be fine for 1mm cotton, 1.5mm is tricky though because the ends always fray slightly, I'd go for the larger crimps.
