Q: Do you sell the little round rubber backs for these fish hook earrings?
A: We sell plastic scroll backs here - www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Plastic-scroll-back/bo4068?sid=2773#item2773 but generally people use them for the flat studs because long ballwire style earrings don't need a back to keep them on. If you mean the tiny plastic tubes that are used to hold earrings onto display cards in shops, unfortunately we don't stock them, you might be able to find a supplier via our links page at www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/home/links.php

Q: Does 100 items mean 100 pairs or 50 pairs
A: Just 100 items, so 50 pairs.

Q: Does the 500 pack come packages as 1 pack of 500 or as 5 separate packs of 100 in each?
A: It would normally come as one big pack of 500.

Q: Hello I am looking to connect the long ballwire fish hook earring to eyepins. Will the eyepin fit the loop on the long ballwire? And also which tool am I best to use for opening and closing the loops on the long ball wire?
A: Yes the loop on an eyepin will fit the loop at the bottom of a long ballwire but you can twist your own loops in eyepins and headpins using round nosed pliers such as www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Craft-pliers/bo1055?sid=3233#item3233 and you can make them as big, or small as you like. These will also be fine for opening loops as will the half round nosed pliers.
