Q: Are there equal numbers of beads for each colour in the multi mix?
A: There are roughly even numbers of the colours in the multi mixes but they will never be exactly equal as we pack these beads by weight. We get an even number of colours, empty them all into the same bucket, mix them up and then weigh each bag out. We try to make all the mixes as even as possible.

Q: I am using 9x6 pony beads bought in the U.S.A your beads are printed at 9x8 will they match what I already have please?
A: Our pony beads are manufactured in the US and I've just taken my callipers to them to find that they are indeed 9x6mm not 9x8mm after all. This will call for a re-sizing of them on the web, thanks for spotting this I have no idea how long we've been mis-representing them, perhaps the manufacturer has made them smaller to cut down on costs, more likely we've taken our eye off the ball and they've changed at some point!

Q: What size is the hole please, i'm after something aroung 5mm as i am threading material
A: The hole size is about 4mm.

Q: What's the difference between Opaque and Neon Barrel Pony beads?
A: They're just two of the various ranges available, the only real difference lies in the colour. The neon range is comprised of very strong bright colours whereas the opaque colours are less 'in your face'!
