Q: Hi, are you out of the paua shell penguin pendants? Thanks, Susan
A: We're currently trying to source the Paua shell pendants from a different supplier as the one we've been using for years has closed. Hopefully there will just be a penguin hiatus for a while and we'll be able to get some more soon.

Q: Hi, I think I bought some teddy bear charms with paua shell from you a couple of years ago and I just wondered if you can get hold of any more at all?
A: I remember the Paua shell teddy bears! We've discontinued a lot of our Paua shell range over the last couple of years, it's not as popular as it once was. In theory, yes we can get items we used to have from our suppliers again, but the minimum order quantities of these pendants are pretty huge, so you'd need to want to buy thousands.
