Q: Can I use the cutters to cut heavy curb chain or do I need to use another tool?
A: I've used these professional cutters to cut heavy chain and they do work but they require quite a bit of welly! Memory wire cutters are great for thick wire and chain as well.

Q: Do you sell nylon-tipped pliers?
A: All of our professional pliers are just made from regular steel, without any special coatings. The hobby pliers are made from iron.

Q: What sort of coating has the handles? is it plastic or foam? I cant use plastic handles and prefer the comfort of foam, kathy
A: The handles are foam and soft to the touch.
