Q: Can you tell me if these contain any nickel?
A: All our jewellery findings conform to the EU nickel directives definition of low nickel. To be described as low nickel products intended to come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin must release nickel at a rate of less than 0.5 micrograms of nickel per square centimetre per week. Q: Is the size the diameter of the ring?
A: Yes that's right, it's 25mm across, a good size for a key ring.

Q: Is this like a key ring split ring?
A: It's exactly like a key ring split ring, just without the keyring part and chain.

Q: These have been out of stock for a long time - do you have any idea when you'll get them back in?
A: They are really popular and we never can seems to get enough to satisfy demand. At the moment I can't say how long it will be until we get some more, it could be a few months as we can only get them from the Far East. If you would like me to let you know when they are back in stock please click on the 'out of stock' link and you'll be e-mailed automatically when they come back into stock. I'm sorry I can't give you even the vaguest date yet as they aren't on their way to us yet.

Q: why do orders have to be more than £5??
A: We have a £5 minimum order value which we thought was a sensible amount as each order takes a set amount of time to process, the bigger the order the longer it would take us to pick but in the end the processing time is the same. Our minimum order therefore isn't about credit card charges or anything like that, it's because we need to cover our processing costs.
