Q: do you supply red spotty hearts please?
A: I'm afraid the supplier doesn't make these in red or we'd definitely get them as red hearts are so popular. I'll ask our buying team to have a look and see if they can find any chunky red glass hearts though.

Q: In the custom mix can i get 2 of each color? How soon will I receive?
A: You can specify exact quantities of the colours that you want using the sliding bars on the custom mix www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Spotty-heart/bc3989 We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt. It is extremely rare for orders without outstanding queries to be despatched later than 48 hours after receipt. We post most of our orders using first class Royal Mail or using Parcelforce's 48 hour service. So if you take into account the time it takes to pick, process, despatch and deliver an order it's likely to take about 4 working days (we are open from Monday to Friday).
