Q: Do you have export prices and a catalogue?
A: We do ship goods international and charge postage at cost. All our prices are quoted in Pounds sterling an will be converted by your bank at the current exchange rate at the time when the payment is processed. We are able to send a catalogue internationally they cost £5 to Europe and £7.50 to the rest of the world and you will get a credit of £2.50 towards your first order.

Q: Does the catalogue contain all the stock you have in your premises?
A: No, it's got about two thirds of our stock, our most popular ranges. But as the catalogue was last printed in February it isn't very upto date, with some price changes and some discontinued items. We also have lots of new beads that will make it into the next version of the catalogue (hopefully ready in March) which are currently only available to view on our website.

Q: does the catalogue contain findings and beading needles threads etc
A: Yes, the catalogue contains our core products inucluding findings in 4 different finishes, many types of threads and beading tools including needles.

Q: how do you get free catalogue because it does not seem to let me get one.
A: Add a catalogue to your order then add more items, once your other items total £5 the cost of the catalogue should zero out in your basket. If this doesn't work then it may be because you're logged-in and the website thinks you've ordered a catalogue in the past. If you've lost your catalogue or the dog has chewed it that's not a problem, just give us a ring or write a note on your order in the 'notes' box on the checkout and we'll sort it out.

Q: I bought articulated cloisonne fishes some years ago from you but cannot find them now. Do you have them still or anything similar please?
A: I'm afraid they have now been discontinued and unfortunately we don't currently offer any cloisonné items.

Q: I got your catalogue in Jan? Feb this year, and this new one LOOKS to be the same one........Is it, or is it just very similar on the cover, which means hubby needs to get me this new one? lol
A: Well it has been pretty similar for the past 2 years but if you check in the bottom left hand corner you'll see a code and this denotes the version of the catalogue. We update the main catalogue quite often with some old items coming out, some new ones going in and new prices.

Q: I have your 2009/10 catalogue. is there a later version available?
A: There was a re-print of this last year which had about 9 pages of new products but this is sadly out of date now, with many prices and quantities changed. We are preparing a new version of the catalogue at the moment and it should be ready in March.
