I just wanted to say how great this company is! I have only just started beading and the staff have been very helpful with answering all the questions I have emailed to them about which types of threads I need, the weight difference between glass, wood and plastic beads, and so forth. I am also trying to be an ethical consumer and appreciate the fact that the company has visited the workshops in which the beads are manufactured. Being rather finickity I asked a question about the conditions in the workshop where the kiln glass beads are made and received a long and detailed reply. I really appreciated this!
