Q: Do you have a box with 20-40 different charms pieces?
A: We don’t' specifically sell a boxed set of charms. You could make your own selection of charms by following the link, www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/metal-charms-pendants/c453 or try our steampunk collection, www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/steampunk-charms/c514. If you would like to display them in a box we have 3 different sized wooden display boxes that would be suitable, www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/packaging-display/c413.

Q: Hi, will the silver plated charms blacken with time? Thanks
A: The silver charms in this collection are described as 'silver coloured' rather than silver plated. The metal they are made of is nickel and lead free and silver coloured, so there's no plating involved, they are just polished to a shine in the finishing process so they should never tarnish in the way that silver can.

Q: I'm looking for a product that I'm sure I have seen on this website before; long metal tubes about 5cm with a hole in the middle...a bit like a spacer and I think you sell some curved ones slightly and also some twisted ones. I cant find them! have they been discontinued? Thanks :D
A: I think that you're looking for straight and curved tubes. Straight tubes www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Straight-tube/bo834 are only 11mm though, the curved ones www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/Curved-tube/bo833 are bigger at 24mm long.
