Bold Bicone Jewellery Set

By using simple joining techniques you can create this striking linked jewellery set. Add some simple wirework techniques to complete the project.

Materials
- 4 x 28mm round flattie two tone silver (GLAL31)
- 1 x 200 4mm faceted glass black (GLPA0401)
- 2 x 100 8mm jump rings silver plated (JR8SP)
- 2 x 100 eyepins silver plated (EPSP)
- 1 x 1 packet of 6 long ballwire silver plated (LBWSP)
- 2 x trigger clasp silver plated (TRGSP)
- 1 x 0.4mm silver plated wire (SPW04)
- 1 x project sheet (GMC1009P)
- You will also need 1 pair of craft multi pliers (CRMT)
Stage 1
Stage 2
Join the beaded eyepins by opening and closing the 8mm jump rings with the multi pliers. Make four lengths of 21 beads, one length of 3 beads and one length of 8 beads.Stage 3
Cut an 11cm length of wire. Approximately 4cm from the end of the wire bend a loop and wrap the short end around the wire underneath the loop. Thread on a glass flattie bead. Make a loop in the wire underneath the bead and bend the rest of the length around. Use the pliers to squeeze in any sharp ends on both sides.Stage 4
Attach a jump ring and a trigger clasp to one end of the 3 bead length.
Stage 5
Attach a jump ring to the other end of the 3 bead length, join the ends of each of the 21 bead lengths and close the jump ring.Stage 6
Attach a jump ring to the bottom of the two tone flattie bead. Pick up the first length of 21 beads; join the sixth jump ring from the end to the open jump ring. Take the next bead length and attach to the fifth jump ring. Add the next length on the fourth jump ring and the final length on the third jump ring from the end. Close the jump ring. Make sure the lengths are lying evenly.Stage 7
To make the earringsFollow step 3 and attach a long ballwire to the loop at the clear end of the bead. Attach a jump ring to the bottom loop and add bicone lengths in the following order:
2 beads, 3 beads, 4 beads, 3 beads and 2 beads.
Stage 8
To make the braceletFollow step three. Attach a jump ring to each side. Make eight lengths of two beads with three jump rings, attach four to the jump rings each side of the bead. Add a jump ring to the four end jump rings on each side. Add another 4mm faceted bead and jump ring to one end and attach a trigger clasp. Add another two 4mm faceted beads ending with a jump ring on the other end.
Stage 9
This is what your finished set should look like.
