Materials

• 1 x 100g high quality pearl mix silver tones (GLXHP31)
• 5 x glass faceted nugget jet (GLVD01)
• 3 x packs of 12 eyepins silver plated (EPSP)
• 1 x pack of 0.6mm wire silver plated (SPW06)
• 2 x packs of 10 8mm jump rings silver plated (JR8SP)
• 1 x pack of 25 5mm jump rings silver plated (JR5SP)
• 2 x trigger clasps silver plated (TRGSP)
• 1 x stud & hook and scroll backs silver plated - scroll backs included in retail pack - (SHSP)
• 1 x project sheet (GMC1112P)
• Craft multi pliers (CRMT)

Stage 1

Cut approximately 35cm of wire. Thread on three of the tiny beads from the mix and move along to the centre of the wire. Bend the wire so that the beads form a triangle shape. Wrap the wire around until you have created a little nest shape.

Stage 2

Bend the ends of the wire around a few times to hold in place. To add a little bit of detail, tweak the wire in places with the tip of the pliers. Make three with the tiny beads and one with slightly larger beads to make a larger nest.

Stage 3

Thread a pearl onto an eyepin and trim 1cm above the bead, bend into a loop and attach another eyepin, close the loop. Make a chain of eight pearls, a glass nugget and a large pearl from the mix.

Stage 4

Open an 8mm jump ring and join to the bottom of the large pearl along with one of the small nests. Join to the larger nest then another small nest.

Stage 5

Make another chain of seven pearls and a glass nugget and attach to the nest with an 8mm jump ring. Add a wire nest and another chain of 6 pearls.

Stage 6

Add an 8mm jump ring with a trigger clasp to one end of your necklace and an 8mm jump ring to the other.

Stage 7

To make the earrings
Make a small nest in the same way as the necklace and attach a stud and hook. Repeat to make a pair.

To make the bracelet
Make a chain in the following order: a pearl, a nugget and a nest (use 8mm jump rings to join the nests), repeat three times and add a jump ring with a trigger clasp to one end and a jump ring to the other.
