Free Chart: Flower Peyote

Use the skills learnt on our peyote blog to follow the below chart and make this repeating peyote pattern. The possibilities are endless with this, could zip and make a tube, repeat the pattern and make a bracelet or even a choker. Have fun playing with the flower colours and background.

Materials Needed

Size 11 Black Opaque Seed Beads (O1101C-20)

Size 11 Red Opaque Seed Beads (O1111C-20)

Size 11 Yellow Opaque Seed Beads (O1115C-20)

Size 11 Green Opaque Seed Beads (O1116C-20)

Tools Required

A Beading Mat (BMT)

A Size 13 Beading Needle (ND13)

Beading Thread (KO01)

A Sharp Pair of Scissors (SCIMX)

Instructions

Legend - A = Black, B = Red, C = Yellow, D = Green

• 1. Thread your needle with a stretched length of beading thread, leaving a 15cm tail pick up 3A, 3D, 3B and 1A. (Picture 1)

• 2. Pick up 1A, skip the last A and pass through the next B, pick up 1C, skip the next B and pass through the last B. Pick up 1A, skip the D and pass through the next D. Pick up 1A, skip the D and pass through the next A. Pick up 1A, skip the A and pass through the last A. (Picture 2)

• 3. Repeat the skip 1 pass through the next pattern with 1A, 1A, 1A, 1B and 1B passing through the last A. (Picture 3)

• 4. Now use this pattern to complete the chart below as many times as you like to complete your piece of peyote beadweaving.
