Free Instructions: Enchanted Bracelet

Follow our free step by step instructions and learn how to weave seed beads to make your own Enchanted beaded bracelet. Choose the same colour way as us, or choose 4 colours from our huge range of size 8/0 seed beads  Enjoy our Free beading pattern, handmade jewellery is the best!


Products we used 

3g Size 8/0 Metallic Pink Preciosa Seed Beads ( M812 )

3g Size 8/0 Metallic Purple Preciosa Seed Beads ( M813 )

5g Size 8/0 Pearlescent Cream Preciosa Seed Beads ( P820 )

5g Size 8/0 Silver Lined Sea Blue Seed Beads ( S847 )

White Beading thread ( any of our white beading thread will be suitable )

2 x 5mm jump rings ( JR5SP )

1 extension chain & trigger set ( EXCH4SP )

 

Tools We used 

Size 13 beading needle ( ND13 )

Sharp Scissors ( SCIMX )

Chain Nosed Pliers 

Beading Mat ( BMT-2 )

Legend

A - colour one ( we used pearl ) B - colour two ( we used silver lined sea blue ) C - colour three ( we used metallic purple ) D - colour 4 ( we used metallic pink )
Please note we used different colour beads in the instruction photos.


1. Take a comfortable length of stretched beading thread. Thread 1A, one metal bead, 3A, 1B ( photo 1 ) Leaving a 15cm tail ( photo 1 )


2. Pass back down the first A you picked up in step 1 ( photo 2)

3. Pick up 2A, pass back up through the last A you picked up in step 2 ( photo 3 )

4. Pick up 2A, 1 B, pass back down the last A you picked up in step 3 ( photo 4 ) 

5. Pick up 2A, pass back up the last A you picked up in step 4 ( photo 5 ). Do not pull your tension too tight.

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 -  until your bracelet is your desired length. Repeat step 4


7. Pick up 2A, one metal bead and pass up through the last A you picked up in the previous step ( photo 6 )



9. Pass through the next outside A ( photo 7 )

10. Pick up 1C, and pass through the next outside A -  ( photo 8 )

11. Repeat step 10  for the length of your bracelet  

12. Stop repeating step 10  when you get to the second A along from the metal bead, pass through the 2 outside As, metal bead, 2 outside As  (photo 9)


13. Repeat step 10 for the other side of the bracelet , with D's, stop when you reach the second A along from the metal bead 

14. Pass around the outside 2As, one metal bead, and the next 2As. Weave around any thread paths your feel need strengthening. We passed through all the thread paths again. Do not pull the tension tight, otherwise your bracelet will not drape nicely. Weave in and secure your threads. 

15. Using chain nosed pliers, open up a jump ring, loop it over the metal bead and your trigger clasp, close the jump ring ( photo 10 )


16. Repeat step 15 with the other end of the bracelet and the extension chain
